Botanico Chef's Table

At the Botanico Chef's Table, the kitchen of Café Botanico invites guests to a multi-course chef's menu. Head chef Joseph Kasteleiner and host Martin Höfft, together with their team, present an autumnal mix of seasonal and regional ingredients such as smoked mushroom, pumpkin, porcini and herbs from their own garden. Guests receive five curated courses plus an amuse, a glass of cava to welcome them and a bottle of water, all vegan or vegetarian. The lit-up garden can be visited between courses, and the table is reserved for the whole evening.
