About

The documentary "Geschichte einer Liebe – Freya" tells the life of Freya von Moltke, who belonged to the resistance circle around the Kreisau Circle. At its heart is her love for Helmuth James von Moltke, which began in 1929 and had to prove itself in the daily life of the Third Reich, including during his imprisonment, when the two smuggled letters to each other almost daily. The documentarians Antje Starost and Hans Helmut Grotjahn, who also directed, reconstruct this true story. Antje Starost and Hans Helmut Grotjahn will be guests at the screening.
