"Manuale des Jetzt – Orgel plus" is an organ concert at the Nikolaikirche in which the organ meets live electronics, percussion and voices. The concert series accompanies the special exhibition "Chorus – Eine Sound-Installation von Annika Kahrs" and is curated by the composer and organist Alexander Moosbrugger. This time, two award-winning organists who live or study in Berlin will perform works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite" four-handed at the organ. In this format, students of the Hochschule für Musik „Hanns Eisler“ develop electro-acoustic works and new expressive possibilities of the organ, creating new sound spaces.
