About
»Der Traumzauberbaum« is a musical audio play shown at the Zeiss-Großplanetarium as a 360° full-dome experience with visuals and animations based on the original illustrations from 1980. It was created by Reinhard Lakomy and Monika Ehrhardt-Lakomy, and this version is presented by the Stiftung Planetarium Berlin. It tells of the forest spirits Waldwuffel and Moosmutzel, who use a large tuning fork to make the dream leaves of the magic dream tree ring out so that they fly to children with stories and songs; when they secretly pick the blue leaves of the rain dreams, they unwittingly conjure up a great disaster.
