A special exhibition at the Samurai Museum Berlin presents a life-size wax figure of Uma Thurman as the legendary "Bride" from Quentin Tarantino's cult film Kill Bill. The Samurai Museum Berlin shows it in cooperation with Madame Tussauds Berlin – for the first time in Berlin, surrounded by historic samurai armour, masterfully forged katana and original objects of Japanese cultural history. It also explores the historical roots of many motifs that shaped Kill Bill, from the warrior code of Bushidō to the samurai's influence on films, series, video games and pop culture.
