About
Flow State – Samhain Special is a candlelit immersive writing workshop held in a secret Victorian chapel. It is led by Ruby Holder and follows two sold-out Flow State workshops. Participants are guided through exercises using sound, film, props and other creative tools to kickstart creativity and generate early-stage material through free writing. This Samhain edition focuses on pagan Samhain practices, the Essex witch trials, and applying magic, folk horror and ritual imagery to contemporary storytelling.
