Watercolour & Ink: Exploring Mark-Making
Royal Watercolour Society, Southwark
£125/£115 Early Bird Discount
About
A one-day workshop at the Royal Watercolour Society exploring the expressive possibilities of combining watercolour and ink. Led by Tessa Pearson RWS, it covers watercolour washes alongside drawn lines, textured marks and the effects of Indian and acrylic inks. Working from sketchbook references or studio still-life arrangements, participants create studies of colour, line, texture and mark-making, then develop ideas into a final piece. The course suits those with some experience in water-based media who are willing to experiment.
