Moscas
About
Moscas is a film about Olga, who leads a strictly regimented life in a large housing block in Mexico City, without friendships or relationships. When a financial emergency forces her to sublet a room, a man from the countryside moves in, supporting his ill wife at the nearby hospital. Only late does Olga notice that the man smuggles his nine-year-old son into the flat at night. However great her anger, she cannot resist the boy's charm, and her carefully controlled life begins to intertwine with that of her uninvited guests in surprising ways.

Critics
7.4Very good
Critics praise the precise black-and-white imagery, dry humour and strong performances; only the sluggish start is faulted.
