Janeway's repertoire includes memorable originals ranging from straight-ahead to contemporary, free, swing and Latin, and he has played with greats such as Benny Golson, Art Farmer, Sonny Fortune and the Supremes. His preferred setting as a leader is the piano trio, and his latest album 'Forward Motion' was released on Steeplechase Records in 2024.
