About

The VIDEOSTATION „Analivia Cordeiro. Computer Dance“ makes videos and films accessible over an extended period in the KinoKiosk at Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien. It brings together three early video dance works by the Brazilian artist Analivia Cordeiro, who in the 1970s used a computer she programmed herself to capture movement and generate choreographies for the dancers and the TV video team. The exhibition is a cooperation between Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien and attaque[e]r le visible, curated by Lawinia Rate. Two performances by Daniela Georgieva and Gissauro, inspired by Cordeiro's choreographies, accompany the show.
