Die Gehaltserhöhung is a play by Georges Perec at the Deutsches Theater Berlin. A nameless employee sets out to negotiate a better salary with his boss, but absurdly stumbles over every imaginable obstacle in the company hierarchy. The production is directed by Anita Vulesica; the absurdist play with language deals with work, alienation and the question of what one's own work is worth.
