About

"Ich, Fidel" is a one-person theatre play about Fidel Castro, running 75 minutes in one act with German surtitles. It tells of his life, the Cuban revolution and the independence struggle, which made no compromises on the country's independence despite the pressure of imperialism. It was written and directed by Onur Erbilen, with Tolga Pancaroğlu performing on stage. The Nazim Hikmet Cultural Centre e. V. Berlin is presenting the play on the occasion of Castro's 100th birthday.
